Frumzi
Frumzi is an offline, single-player solitaire game with a cavern-excavation theme. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
Frumzi does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything you do stays on your device.
Information we collect
None. Frumzi does not ask for, collect, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts to create, no sign-in, and no forms to fill out. We do not know who you are.
Data stored on your device
To make the app work, Frumzi stores the following only on your device, using the operating system's local storage:
- The display name and avatar you choose for your player profile.
- Game statistics such as games won, best score, and best combo.
- Progress such as unlocked levels, in-game currency ("glyphs"), and the date you last claimed a daily reward.
- App settings such as your animation and colorblind-friendly display preferences, and whether you have completed the intro.
This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to Frumzi or to any third party. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of it permanently.
Permissions
On Android, the app manifest includes the standard INTERNET permission, but Frumzi does not use it to send or receive any personal data — the game runs entirely offline. It requests no other sensitive permissions: no camera, location, microphone, contacts, or photo access. On iOS, the app requests no runtime permissions at all.
Network use
Frumzi works fully offline. It does not connect to any server, and no gameplay data, statistics, or settings are ever uploaded. The only feature that hands data to another app is Share: when you tap Share to send your results, your device's system share sheet opens and you decide where the text goes — the app itself transmits nothing on its own.
Third-party services
None. Frumzi integrates no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. There are no third-party services that receive your data.
Children's privacy
Frumzi is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information and transmits nothing off your device, it does not knowingly gather data from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). It complies with COPPA and GDPR-K by design.
Your rights
Because all data stays on your device, you are always in full control of it. You can reset your saved progress and settings from within the app or through your device's app-storage settings, and uninstalling Frumzi permanently deletes everything it stored. Since we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
